How does usage work?
You get a monthly amount of usage. Light chat uses very little; video and the top models use more. If it runs out, you move to the free models until you renew. Renewal is manual — no auto-renew. Some features also have a daily cap so no single account can take all the capacity — deep research and video generation, for example, are limited per day on each plan. Daily caps reset the next day.
Which subscription should I choose?
Start free to try it. Standard covers everyday work — photos, PDFs, images, and web search. Pro adds video, deep research, and reasoning. Max adds the newest top models. Most people are happy on Pro.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro has what most people need — video, deep research, and reasoning. Max adds the newest top models, like GPT-5 and Claude Opus.
What happens if I use up my subscription?
You're not cut off — you move to the free models until you renew. On the free tier, your free messages refresh every 24 hours. Hitting a feature's daily cap is separate: your monthly usage is untouched and the cap resets the next day.
Is Auto included on every subscription?
Yes. Auto routing is built into the app on every subscription — it picks the best-fit model from whatever your tier includes. Higher tiers unlock stronger models for Auto to choose from; it's not a separate add-on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly with manual renewal. If you don't renew, your subscription simply ends when the period is over.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. There's no auto-renew. You decide when to renew.
Can I switch subscriptions?
Yes. You can move to a different subscription at your next renewal.
