By creating an account or using VIGPT, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

VIGPT is an AI assistant that brings multiple AI models into one app under a single subscription, with an Auto mode that routes each message to a suitable model. We offer a permanent free tier and optional paid plans. Features and available models may change over time.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access to your phone number and device secure. Accounts are personal; do not share your access with others.

Acceptable use

You agree to use VIGPT only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Computer Crimes Act (قانون جرائم رایانه‌ای). You must not use the service to create or distribute content that is illegal, immoral, violent, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others; to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or to resell or systematically extract the service beyond ordinary personal use.

AI outputs

Responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for evaluating outputs and for any decisions or actions you take based on them. We do not guarantee that any particular model remains available.

Content and intellectual property

The VIGPT name, app, and software are owned by the operator and protected by law. As between you and us, you retain rights to the content you input and to the outputs you generate, and you may use them subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You grant us a limited licence to process your content as needed to operate the service. We do not use it to train our own models — see the Privacy Policy.

Plans, payment, and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly with manual renewal — there is no automatic renewal. Prices are shown in Iranian Toman and may change; any change applies to your next renewal, not the period you have already paid for. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) may be added. Purchases made through an app store (Cafe Bazaar, Myket) are processed and billed by that store under its own terms.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time by not renewing; your plan simply ends when the paid period is over and you keep access until then. Payments for a started plan period are non-refundable. Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's own refund window and rules (for example, Cafe Bazaar and Myket each operate their own refund policies). This clause does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Iranian consumer law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, use the service unlawfully, threaten its security, or where required by law — without refund. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; maintenance, outages, connectivity issues, or external restrictions may affect access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or infrastructure disruptions, changes in third-party providers, and sanctions.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including its e-commerce and consumer-protection regulations. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Iran. You can also raise a complaint through our eNamad trust profile.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or on our website, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Last updated: June 2026.
