Setting up an organization workspace for your team
One shared wallet, a dedicated plan for each member, and one console to manage everyone. This guide walks through setting up an organization workspace in VIGPT, step by step — from requesting one to assigning member plans.

When a team uses VIGPT, each person usually has their own separate subscription and the bills end up scattered around. An organization workspace pulls that together: one shared Toman wallet, one plan per member, and everything managed from a single console.
Setting it up takes five steps and the path is straightforward. Below, from requesting one to assigning member plans, in order.
Step 1: Request an organization
To start, you need an account. Signing in to VIGPT uses only an Iranian phone number and a one-time SMS code — no email or password, no bank card.
After signing in, request a new organization from the organization page with your team name. That one field is all it takes to submit the request.
Whoever submits the request becomes the organization owner — the person who later manages members, requests, and billing.
Step 2: The request is reviewed
The request isn't active immediately. First the VIGPT team reviews it, and you're notified of the result inside the app. There's no email to check or anywhere else to wait.
Until the request is approved, the next steps — funding the wallet and inviting members — aren't available. So submit the request first and wait for approval.
Step 3: Fund the shared wallet
Each organization has one shared Toman wallet, and the cost of every member's plan is drawn from it. You fund it once and no longer pay a separate invoice per person.
You manage funding and balance from the organization console. Whenever the balance runs low, you top it up again.
Step 4: Invite members
From the organization console, you invite team members by their phone number — the same number they sign in to VIGPT with.
When a member signs in with that number, they see the invitation inside the app and can accept it. Until the invitation is accepted, that person isn't added to the organization.
Step 5: Assign a plan to each member
Each member has their own dedicated plan. You can pick the plan at the moment you invite them, or set the right plan for each member later from the console.
The plans are the same four as always — Free, Standard, Pro, and Max — and each plan's cost is drawn from the shared wallet. To see what each plan includes and its current price, see the pricing page (prices are correct at the time of writing and may change).
Each member's plan is independent: you can put one on Pro and another on Standard, and renew, change, or cancel each separately.
What stays private, what's shared
One thing worth being clear on from the start:
- Conversations are private. Each member's messages and files stay their own. The organization owner manages plans and billing, not the content of conversations.
- The wallet and billing are shared. Costs collect in one place and are trackable from the organization console.
- Control is central. Members, requests, and billing are all together in one console.
In short
The path is these five steps: request an organization with your team name, review and approval, fund the shared wallet, invite members by phone number, and assign a plan to each person. After that, each member works with their own plan and you manage everything from one place. To get started, see the organizations page.
