The complete newcomer's guide to VIGPT

If you've just started with VIGPT, this is your starting point. In a few minutes you'll see how to sign in, start your first conversation, and do a few useful things on day one. No technical background needed.

Signing in

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Enter your mobile number, type in the code we text you, and that's it. There's no email or password, and you're never asked for a national ID or card number to sign in.

Your first conversation

Just write what you want and send it. You don't need to pick a model first — Auto does that for you. Auto is the default: it reads each message and routes it to the best model in your plan. A simple question goes to a fast model; a hard task goes to a stronger one.

Working with files and images

You can attach a file or photo to a message and ask about it — a summary of a PDF, an explanation of a chart, or a translation of a document. The accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, and PDF, and a PDF can be up to 15 MB.

Generating images

VIGPT can create an image from text. Switch to image mode, describe what you want, and you get a few options back. This is available on the Standard plan and above.

Plans, briefly

VIGPT has a free plan that stays free — a good place to start. Paid plans unlock stronger models and more features like image generation, video generation, and a higher usage limit. The full explanation and comparison is here: VIGPT pricing explained.

On mobile

The VIGPT Android app is available too, and it works with the same account and the same plan; your conversations carry over between web and mobile.

A few good things to start with

• Upload a long PDF or document and get a summary.
• Write a message or email, then ask for it shorter or more formal.
• Send a photo or screenshot and ask what it says.
• Ask it to explain a hard concept in plain language.

What's next

Once you've used VIGPT a few times, the flow becomes second nature. Stay on Auto, write what you want, and let VIGPT handle the model choice. Whenever you want more control, you can pin a specific model or set Auto's preference — but to start, you don't need to worry about any of that.
